For businesses everywhere, Covid-19 has created unprecedented challenges to overcome.  Strategic objectives become plans for survival and recovery.  For The Oxygen Works; the devastating impact of a huge flood which would further pose delay to reinstatement of vital services provided even more obstacles to overcome.  However, in spite of adversity, the organisation project managed the rebuild of the centre and as we turned our sights to reopening services; it was evident that it was also the right time to review and reinstate a new strategy.  One which would ensure we focussed the same kindness and care on our team (employed and voluntary) as we do on our clients.  A strategy which looks to deliver quality over quantity, which places accessibility and inclusivity at its core.   And a strategy which inspires leadership ad builds the capacity of individuals, teams and communities.  However, it is also a strategy which recognises its lifespan; with sustainability and the need to adapt and evolve and work collaboratively to secure the organisations next 30 years and beyond.
